Curious how to handle gifts around the holidays for my bro and his wife that are splitting up. he's given her everything and is now sleeping on an inflatable matteress so his place is not really 'kid friendly'. Since they live out of state i was thinking of sending the gifts to a relative nearby so he can experience the joy with the kids once they get together. How about holiday cards? I usually create a picture card but I doubt she'd want that since she's cut the whole family out. Should i just address the card to the kids? That seems so aggressive. How should I address them to his ex-wife, it's really not The Smith Family anymore...
