Ameliorate
I'm new, as of today. I became aware of this site after hearing about Kelly Jones, on local news today, and that she had won custody of her kids, today, in Austin, Tx. The news brought up the term 'parental alienation'. For some reason I thought this site was new, started by Kelly, & involved parental alienation only. I wish this site had been around years ago, when I was pummeled by my ex & the "justice system." Corrupt beyond the pale. Absolutely criminal. Sure could of used the support back then. I'm not certain how much I feel comfortable disclosing, except to say my children, my family, and I are all victims of P.A. I've been numb ever since. Paralyzed. That was over a decade ago. *I am now sobbing...at the thought of my kids, & how much I miss them. I hope in time I'll be comfortable disclosing more. At this point, all I can say is there aren't many resources for DV, PA, etc.
