Breakup RX is a 30-day guide to moving on from heartbreak and you can’t skip ahead, so you're forced to follow the steps (like school, or A.A.) to get over yourself and your breakup. The app is divided into four sections that the user must follow, including What’s Happening (a brief analysis of your own mental, emotional and physical state), What To Write (a diary-style emotional log coming straight out of your soul), What To Do (an action-based daily plan or focus to keep your brain from dwelling on something you cannot change) and What Else (timed to a 5 p.m. push alert to get through the rest of the day with some motivational messages).
