Awareness, true open awareness, serves an important role in our lives. Our minds need rest. Focusing on giving yourself some down-time, however you choose to create it, will leave you feeling less brain-weary and fatigued, maybe even spiritually restored. So put down the iPad, turn off the TV and give yourself a break.
